*Turn Around Time Type 1 Audio Transcription Rates: One to two speakers; single person recording or interview, two-person conversation, or standard one-on-one interview with good audio recorded in digital audio or digital video format.
Type 2 Audio Transcription Rates:
Three to four speakers. Light to moderate accents. Two or three people talking over one another. Audio received on CD or DVD format. Type 3 Audio Transcription Rates: Any audio with five to six speakers. Verbatim: All ums, uhs, stutters, transcribed. Time stamping. Audio with a significant amount of background noise or other disturbances. Audio that has voices that are difficult to understand (i.e. poor recording, soft voices, etc.) Type 4 Audio Transcription Rates: Any audio with seven or more speakers. Medical transcription involving a significant amount of medical terminology. Presentations dealing with highly scientific terminology Projects where the speaker(s) have very thick accents. Panel discussions, focus groups, conference calls, seminars with multiple participants of seven or more Several speakers (4 or more) talking over one another.

Completed documents are delivered according to client's specifications; i.e., email, transfer over our secure ftp server provided by Send This File, fax, or as hard copy, CD or DVD by snail mail, (ask for details!) Charging our clients a flat transcription rate for each recorded minute of audio keeps you from being surprised when your bill arrives by line counts, or page counts, or work hours, et cetera. By publishing our transcription rates on our site, there are no surprises when you get your bill. Shortly after you put in your order, you will be contacted with an expected delivery date and time, as well as an estimated billing amount. Unless there are changes in your order, you can expect your job to arrive on time, and your bill to arrive as estimated when you place your order. How Accurate are you? We guarantee a 98% or higher rate of accuracy with decent to good audio, since our transcription rates are based on the number of minutes of audio you have, and not cranking out as many lines as possible. What kind of files can I send?
This is a digital transcription office. We transcribe from the following digital audio or video types: .mp3, .wav, .dss, .wma, .ra, these are our preferred files formats. We also accept, but may impose a small file conversion charge for the following types of files: Olympus, Sanyo Digital Recorders, Philips 9300 and 9350 Digital Recorders (SP Mode). Lanier Digital Recorders, Plays BCB “PlayAll™” TrueSpeech, UHER DH-10, Dictaphone Walkabout, Voice-It™ .SRI Format, “Bitescrybe” VOX formats, Crescendo™, BVP, Creative Soundblaster VOC, OKI/Dialogic™ .VOX format, Digital Voice ™ call-in systems, Dictaphone ™ Digital Express and similar call in systems (e.g. .AUD files), (VOX 8KHz sample rate, 4-bit ADPCM, with headers), and DVIPS™ (VOX 6KHz sample rate, 4-bit, ADPCM), GSM, Mu-law and A-Law (Sun™ Microsystems) non-standard .WAV files. (There may be a small conversion charge for file conversion of some of the less common file formats.)

Ask for details! Set-up to fit your letterhead, 2nd and 3rd pages for your correspondence at no extra charge and transferred directly to you ready to print with no adjustments. Or, of course, if you have hard-copy requirements, then printed on your letterhead and mailed or over-nighted to you ready for your signature at only a nominal charge to cover ink and postage, ask for details!
