Payment is due upon receipt of completed work. (Sorry, no exceptions.) Some projects and larger jobs may require a deposit before work begins. Some very large projects may require an agreement to be signed between client and Sarasota Transcriptions before work begins. We have several payment options to suit the needs of our clients. These options include payment by cash, check, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer the option of a retainer account where payment arrangements are made in advance.
 
After you have received your transcript, you will receive an invoice by email.  Your invoice will include a secure link that you can click on to enter your credit card information for a secure online credit card payment.  We're now also accepting PayPal!
 
You also have the option of telephoning our office to pay with your credit card by phone; or you may pay in person by cash, check, cashier's check, or credit card; or you can send a check or cashier's check made payable to Sarasota Transcriptions through snail mail to:

These thieves have been trying to obtain loans, mortgages, and insurance, among other types of credit, using my name, address, and other identifiable information.
